HEADstart is an introductory lacrosse program for BOYS & GIRLS grades K-3 focused on fun, fundamentals, and confidence!

What is provided at HEADstart:
- Lacrosse Equipment
- Lacrosse Sticks: We provide age-appropriate lacrosse sticks for use during practice. Feel free to bring your own, if you have one.
- Balls: We provide lacrosse balls for drills, games, and practice sessions.
- Goals: Portable lacrosse goals will be set up for skill-building exercises and small scrimmages.
- Coaching
- Experienced, friendly coaches to guide the players, teach fundamentals, and ensure a safe and fun environment.
- T-shirts and Prizes
- All registered players will receive a t-shirt to wear during the program, along with fun prizes and incentives throughout the session.
- Skill Development Drills
- We’ll set up various practice plans to help players learn passing, catching, shooting, and overall lacrosse skills in a supportive and encouraging setting.
What You Need To Bring to HEADstart:
- A full water bottle
- Clothing that allows for movement and is suitable for weather conditions.
- Comfortable sneakers
- A light snack for after practice to recharge
- A positive attitude
