2022 Winter Training Sessions

Sessions will cover the following concepts:
– Building player Lacrosse IQ
– Conditioning to prepare for upcoming HS pre-season
– Speed and Agility
– Footwork/Dodging
– Stickwork/Stickwork Routines
– Positional work and instruction. All players will learn and build on both attack/defensive concepts.
HS Players: 2023-2026 age group
Dates: (Tuesdays) 1/11, 1/25, 2/8, 2/22
Session #1 : 6-7:30pm
Session #2 : 7:30-9pm
Youth Players : 2027-2030 age group
Dates: (Wednesdays) 1/12, 1/26, 2/9, 2/23
Session #1 : 6-7:30pm
Session #2 : 7:30-9pm
